Hey all, I am trying to build the lightest E30 I can (starting point is the featherweight 1984 316 weighing in at 1050 kg when new). One idea I had was to replaced the front bumper/valance with something similar to the one-piece fibreglass unit used on the Hartge H35:

These were used to offset the weight of the M30 swap these cars were equipped with, and if I remember correctly, they dropped about 50 kg off the front end. I have seen some replicas come up very rarely but never traced them to the source and after much searching I have come up with nothing...
Does anyone know about anything like this? Whether it be the entire bumper/valance combo like the Hartge or just the bumper itself. Staying with the early euro bumper look is very important.
