How Do Floor Mat Securing Clips Attach???

I'm thinking you could put some sort of plastic "washer" under the carpet that the stock anchors could thread into. My passenger side is fine but the drivers side are pretty much dead.

good find this. realoem only lists this part for euro e30s
the other part number 51471919171 is the 3 piece floor mat lock. They are much less expensive, but if your floor mats have the oval slot in them then they will NOT work. If you bought new floor mats with an oval slot in them they should have come with 82119413234.

I think only black mats are the only ones available anymore. I'm told Cletonius can source them or dye your mats your preferred color (not sure which)

E30 mats are completely NLA now. :(

I'm considering selling my set of minty black mats incl. anchors, may go with coco mats for the vintage look.

Have to figure out what the OE black mats are worth now that they're NLA.
