Yeah, its just everyone has different definitions of rice. I saw a honda rolling down the street with a really nice bodykit that looked good and didn't consider it rice (its still a honda which isnt anything special just not rice in my oppinion), I also see hondas with multicolored bodykit pieces that I think are major rice.

X-acto blad the logo... and tehy'be be nice. I was thinking about getting them, but no 5-pt support... infact no reclining seat that I've seen has 5pt support... why not??? >_<

anyways... recaro makes a nice bracket that utilizes the stock sliders. I'm going to make replicas of that adapter. ^^ $10 in parts from home depot and some time in the machine shop... heh heh

matt, how's the fitment? can you tell me how mide the seat back is at its widest point?? thanks.

Bad Idea. Not only would it be EXTREMELY hard to do the whole thing without nicking the seats themselves, but there would be a permanent indentation in the shape of the ACS logo where the embroidery was. Those commercial embroidery machines use a hell of a lot of force when they stitch.

Darien, The widest part of the shoulder is 22.5". The widest part of the waist is 21". And the flat back panel, inbetween the bolsters, is 12".

m42technic, Here is a picture of the black compared to the silver cloth, it looks like they just changed a some of the threads.

Just installed them. The brackets are as low as I could possibly make them go. The front bracket rises 1" to clear the vent, and the rear bar is flat.

I am happy with how they turned out.

Yes, slide back and forth, and recline.

Ray- Long time no see bro. Yeah, They gave me an extra 2" of head room, so I will be able to get a helmet in tehre.

ken, The LCD used to be for a custom mp3 player, which was basically a computer in teh trunk, and the 40x4 alfanumeric lcd to display the songs. I could control the playing from the remote you see in the picture. I had a stand-alone IR reciever that connected to the computer. Now however, it does nothing. THough, I will either have it display engine management information (temps, pressure...) or have it display a wideband o2 sensor reading.

Matt, I should warn you about the rear seat bolts going through the bottom of the car just incase you haven't noticed, particularly the drivers side. The factory bolt is too long with the custom bracket and will drive through a fuel? line underneath the car.
