Post your modified/ aftermarket gauge clusters.

Just wanted to see what people are doing with their gauge clusters. Mine isn't totally finished yet but I'm running an aftermarket spedo, tach and temp gauge in a modified housing. Let's see em!

Bavarian restorations, they did great work. I had the boards re-soldered and new gears as well.

Very nice! I may have to give mine to him at some point. I would love to have the stealth oil temp reading. Can he do other sensors too?

Is there a diy anywhere for those stealth gauges?

Im sure he can, just ask him, I put in the volt meter as well. I am super excited by the oil temp gauge.

Staszek - you said you put in the volt meter? I just bought one on amazon with the intent of doing this to mine... don't have the money to send it to them. How did you go about installing it? I'm thinking about sourcing a messed up cluster to experiment on before I crack mine open again.

Stack data logging tach, Stack speedo, Motec SLM. All the other OE gauges work.
Was a pain to do. I had to cut the OE circuit board in 2, to clear the tach, and point solder all the broken circuit traces.

looks cool though. Want to replace it with a Motec C127

Don't mind telling us how much did the setup run you? Including the Volt metrr snd oil temp. Thinking about refurbishing my cluster as well. Thanks

I didnt put it in the put it in for me, I dont think its hard though, there are open spots behind the cluster, it depends on the model where the slot is. It wires up just like any other volt meter, one positive and a ground.
