ACS wood wheel, the only one I've seen. Don't really know much about it.

Never mind, I saw some of your other pictures. They're for the turbo right?
I would also like to know what those guages do on the vent.

    Plus, what is that?

Yah I ended up just yanking it out with pliars. I realized I wont go back to stock, and if I do I will throw in an mtech wheel or something. My airbag computer was bad anways and the dealer wanted something like 800 bucks to diagnose it... yeah right.

I've only seen mentioned one place that this needs to be broken off, is there any way to remove it without destroying it? Has anyone else with a wheel in an airbag car faced this problem? I guess I can break it off if I must but I would like to be able to go back to stock if necessary.

Yeah it should just pull off fairly easy and has to come off for an after market steering wheel to work properly. On mine I had to use some pliers to get it off but it was still usable if I wanted to put it back on (of course it went in the garbage though since I was never going back stock)...

I just realized I hadn't yet posted the new wheel I just got. Nardi Deep Corn, perforated leather with red stitching, traded it straight up for my M-Tech II:

Thought I would bump this thread as I've just installed a momo with a NRG quick release. I had some trouble getting the horn hookup working, but figured it out eventually.

Now I've got a terrible squeeking/squeeling noise whenever I turn the wheel. My setup is that original #4 spacer ring, then the momo hub adapter, then another #4 spacer ring (since my car had an airbag), followed by the original washer and nut.

I know the squeeking is coming from somewhere in that area as the quick release itself has no moving or rubbing parts. I took it all apart and put some lithium grease on the original washer and nut and the #4 spacer ring that those two thing tighten down on. The squeek is still there.

Does anyone have any experience with this? Since the grease I put in did not reduce the noise at all it must be coming from the hub adapter or something behind it. It almost seems like something is rubbing against the horn ring. I dont know honestly so if anyone has had a problem like this let me know what you did to fix it. This is on an airbag car btw. Thanks!
