They have been around a long time, a few people on here have had or have them. They have crappy plastic lenses and they leak. Hella or Bosch is the only way to go.

yeah but they are $526 w/ the addapters + shipping. My sister is moving to germany next week so i guess i can just wait till then and get her to ship me some. by the way does anyone know bout how much it would be to ship a crate of stuff to the US? I think i am going to get my sister to buy parts for me (like m-tech kits, euro weaves, smilies, anything) so i can hook you guys (and me ;) ) up with cool stuff.

he said it was a pain, But you should do it anyways. You would make a decent chunk of change( Ken said he did) and hell you can nab yourself some damn cheap euro parts.

people ask about these every once in a while. I had them, they are junk. not only are the housings etc. made of a really cheap plastic (the adjusting screws are horrible), the light output and pattern sucks compared to the real thing.

about the only thing good I can say about them is they look nice, that is at least until they start to leak and get water inside them every time you wash your car. I ended up selling mine for $100 and spending $300 on a set of hella smoked, and I'm glad I did.

p.s. the lenses are actually quality glass and are quite nice, but that's about the best thing about them..

Oops, I thought the lenses were plastic and thats why the output sucked. What do you think it is that hurts the output? Are the cutoffs in the lenses different, or is it in the housings/projectors?

the internals are all screwed up. The lamp is positioned different with relation to the ellipsoid element, the projectors aren't very reflective when put side-by-side with hellas, the cutoff is strange....

the end result is they just aren't very bright, there was a noticeable difference in brightness with the Hella's, same bulbs and everything (I just swapped in my Silverstars from the depos)..

if someone has depos... do the hella/bosch projectors fit in them?.... how much do they cost new?.... pretty easy to seal a headlight. i think as long as they look good, and they are cheap... they would be a perfect candidate for fitting an HID projector
