Using left blinkers flashes high beams also...

I thought it was something wrong, but whenever I use the left blinker it flashes the high beams briefly and it does that everytime I use it. The right blinker is fine. What should I look at first to solve this cause I make a TONS of left turns and hate to see me high beaming someone everytime I turn left.

Now this only happens when my headlights are turned on.

Likely a bad turn signal stalk switch. Easy to replace.

The switch is what you use to turn on the turn signals.

I believe that's what they're saying :) The lever you'd use to turn left or right or use your high beams.
