    how to wire depo euro smiley?

    i tried everything i could to not start this thread but i could not find the info i needed.
    i havea set of smoked/crosshair depo euro smileys
    i have a 88 m3 with us elips i want to install them on.
    how do i go about wiring this up?

    i wired mine from the running lights in the front turn signals and left the blinking part of the turn signals

      i ment the actual headlightd not the running light.
      how the hell does stuff plug in to the connector on the actual lamp?

        they sent connectors that plug in to the oem harness but how does that go on to the headlights?

          Interesting. As I look at the DEPO harness provided, you plug your 9006/9005 male ends into the female end, then I guess they expect you to slide the female terminals on the other end over the male ends of the DEPO's since they didn't provide a connector housing. You will have to figure out the polarity yourself.

            thats what i figure but the terminals on theharness are thinner than the pinon the light so they dont slide on, hmmm

                they didnt send me euro pig tails, they sent female 9005/9006 to plug in to your original harness but the side that goes on to the actual light has no connector

                  Open up the female ends so that they slide on.

                      They will slide in if you open them a tad bit with a nail or a shank. Or get pigtails and splice them to make an adapter. Thats what I did.

                            They look the same as bosch smileys to me. Except the bosch smileys have broken adjusters and have "custom" aim.

                              Didn't you say Depo's had dark spots etc? I figured you would have seen depo cut offs before.
