    Euro Smiley Adjuster Screws

....why are you so expensive. They are impossible to find less than $10. I also did some searching around to see if I can source any screws that would work, but I came back empty handed. If someone has a 3D-printer, this would be the jackpot.

Has anyone ever thought of an alternative solution? My headlights look like crazy eyes from Mr. Deeds.

$9.18 from TheBMWPartStore. I know, not much better! lol.

You can always source some from a set of US ellipsoids. They are the same and are likely to be less rusty.

If you're replacing adjusters don't forget the plastic bits the adjusters fit in to as well. Just went through this on mine and most of the plastic parts were brittle and broken.

I just had to shell out like $110 for all new adjusters and spacers for my FX-R retrofit. I searched and searched for ball-ended M6 fasteners to no avail. If I ever get around to building my ball-turner for my lathe, it'll be less of an issue. Of course, the white plastic bits are usually trashed too, and they are sort of important, so the metal M6 screw part is only half of it!

^ I was wondering the same. I've cleaned up most of the adjusters on our e30 and replaced the plastic receptacle bushings, but those mechanical adjusters are just stuck in place (1 per low beam assembly). I can't get them aimed high enough due to those, everything else is working okay
