No longer stock ride height, rolling as low as a daily driver in New England should without worrying about breaking an oil pan.

In all seriousness, the early cars are different, and require a different procedure, has to do with switched vs constant power, plus differences in the switch itself.
Being a douche and expecting help based on the kindness of complete strangers usually results in disappointment though, as in this case. (esp around here, which is why I love this place)-Dave

Yes. I took mine off because the bumper mounted fog lights look like crap. However, you want to have yours on for god only knows what reason without the headlights on. (oh, I forgot, it looks cool)
Whatever. Don't be a douche.
Pull out the relay (K8) and bend pin 85 flat facing in towards 30. This is to prevent it from making contact to the fuse box terminal. Now solder a jumper between the bent pin and pin 30. Sweet. Almost done.
Now pull your steering column lower cover off, the one over the pedals. Unplug the foglight button and look at the plug. One terminal should have two wires, and one should have one. Cut both wires that go to the same terminal about 3 inches back in the harness. Connect the two wires you just cut that run into the harness together. (don't be ghetto and twist and tape) Now connect the wires that go into the switch to a good ground.
Now anytime you push the button, you'll be able to be identified as the owner of a car with a dopey ass bumper from a longer distance. Yay?-Dave
