camera flash in 3rd brake light?

Im just kidding, but im sure it can be done... i get tired of all them lifted ass trucks, or asians who put the HID's in all fucked up and miss-aimed into all your mirrors at night... so i was thinking... how hard would it be to install one bright as fuck camera flash into the third brake light.... so when someone is right up your ass, and the lights just cant get any worse, you flip that bitch on and blind them assholes right back...

god im a dick sometimes. lol

it wouldn't be hard to do. Most camera flashes have a 'test' button that will fire a full 1/1 flash. You could rig up a remote (either wired or wireless) in the cabin and have some fun. Everything you would need to be purchased at a camera store, remote flashes are common in photography.

Here's how I picture this going down:

                  1. Lifted F250 rolls up on you with HID's at a stoplight.

                  2. You fire off your nifty anti-tailgating mechanism.

                  3. Light doesn't change.

                  4. F250 gets out and pulls you through your window, beats you senseless and leaves you in the street.

There could be some kind of legal issues with that.

Hope there are no cops around.

Good idea though, I fuckin hate tailgaters too. Brake checking them may cause the idiot to run into you, so I like the idea.

I just move my rear view mirror out of lights way and brake check them so I don't see them hit me. Once they do OMG What happen?

You could do this with a simple disposable camera. A bud and I built a "shocker" out of the circuit from a disposable back in high school. It was quite fun.

Sounds like a really bad idea.
