I've seen one with an internal battery in the horn itself. Even if it goes off the only way you can shut it off is ripping it out from under the hood, or have the shut off remote. I don't see any really hardcore theves opening the hood to rip out the horn in the middle of the street.
^ wow that seems like a really good alarm, I am definately considering it. a bit on the pricey side, but complete & you gotta love those keys it comes with compared to our outdated E30 keys lol.
Anyone ever tried or know anyone who has/tried this alarm? Any Feedback? Review?

The point of clubs/alarms/tigers in the car is to make YOUR car less desireable to a thief. Granted a professional with an order for your car is going to take it (with a flatbed and alarm blaring)
The idea is to keep a kid that wants a joyride or your stereo to move on to someone elses easier to take/steal from car
