    How do I fix this window gap?

    I have followed the bentley but it's a little confusing. I adjusted the height, so it sits good at the top towards the front. But the rear side of the driver window is a tad bit heigher. Also, there's a gap between the window and where the window should rest when closed. From the rear, you can see the window is sticking out further.

    Maybe I have to adjust the door?

    What do I need to adjust?

      how about shrinking and rotating those pictures so we can tell what the hell we're looking at?

        There's a gap there. And the window trim at the bottom of the circled area sticks out a bit.

          I think the whole door doesn't close very tightly as it sits just a tad bit further out as you can see in the picture.

            ^ adjust the door latch so it sits further inside the car. Looks like you need to adjust the window a bit more so the top edge will seal. There should be a way to move the bottom end of the track outward, therefore moving the top of the window when closed inward. I remember seeing it in some pdf a while back.

                Loosen the 2 torx bolts and adjust the door latch on the body.

                  The top seals in the front but not in the back. It sits a little higher in the back and doesn't get in there like the front. Is my door sagging? Because if I line it up with the seal, then it isn't parallel with the rear window

                          ^ yes, that. That should solve both your problems. If that doesn't work then there may be something askew in the door latch itself (the one mounted on the door)

                            A locksmith used this on my wife's car and now the door has a small gap, very similar to yours. It also created wind noise inside the car.

                              If the door skin lines up smoothly with the body, I doubt it's the latch or catch. I just adjusted the passenger side windows, font and rear, on my vert. Gap wasn't as prominent, but I was getting an annoying rattle. I followed the steps in the Bentley and didn't have any trouble, but did have to read it several times before I understood it. For some of the adjustments you are supposed to use a special tool to hold the adjuster Allen in place while tightening the nut, but it's possible to do it without.

                              Edit: just looked more closely at your photos again. Your latch and catch probably do need adjusting.
