wow, my rears have different bases, different color wires etc. Why cant anything be simple?

no way all the switches are the same on an IX even the bases

nope, not mine anyway. I have black bases in the front with the wires mentioned earlier, and the rear switches have white bases, with different colored wires. Even the pins are in different locations on the rears, which makes me wonder about doing them. I can give you pics if you like.

the front two wire in fine. Just waiting for someone to sell me two more for the rear. Then I can finally get my fucking new console in there.

no, I need large base blue or white switches, just like you used. Those are for one touch windows.

I ordered my switches from BMA

and they came with the bases with wires hanging out?

no bother you will have to mod the swithes

ok, but did they come with the bases(minus the wires) and plug in the e30 wires to it? Or, did you get just the switches and have to connect that plastic thing onto the switch and then place the e30 wires via those little metal connectors? Do you have pics of yours?
