My cord length was around 4 inches shorter.

The cord length on the new oxygen sensor was ~6 inches shorter than the OEM one. I assume that this method would result in too short of a cable, right? If I understand this correctly...Leave a comment:

Forgive my ignorance, but I know next to nothing about splicing, soldering, etc. Today I wired in a generic Bosch O2 sensor and I used butt connectors. What exactly do you mean by new pins and what is the downside to using butt connectors?Leave a comment:
