Is this for front and back?

So, lay under, drill, press bumper in and done?

I paid my little brother $5 to drill my shocks for me. Little bastard didn't know what he was getting in to. Brotherly love ftw!

Ok I took the mofo off again, just the bumper, and left the shock on the car. Then I took a sledge hammer and beat the shit out of the shocks till they got unstuck. Now when I go to push it in up against a tree it goes in all the way then it bounces back out about 4 inches. I know for a fact that there is not a drop of oil in those damn shocks. WTF! Why won't it stay in????????
