On the side of the seat there is a bolt the original e30 anchor can use to bolt to the seat.

In the Sedan, where does the seat belt attach to? We don't have those rails common in the coupes. It's pretty snug there.

I have an e46 center console ans e36 seats, it is a very tight fit and the arm rest can rub at times.

The v2 brackets are basically the way to mount these into a 4dr or vert unless you still want to drill holes through your floor board.
