I pre-ordered a Mafsync module

This new maf adapter system opened for pre orders and I went ahead and participated. My car is down for a while so even after it ships in 4-6 weeks I will probably have to wait to test it.

It interested me because it's plug n play and should greatly improve throttle response. If I get around to building a b27 or b28 stroker the afm won't be a restriction anymore and I can still use a chip to tune.

I know sssquid was working on a similar adapter before going belly up.

just gettin' my post count up so I can win the internet.

What I was THINKING was that making a small programmable standalone
translator box to convert a standard MAF signal to what the Moronic DME expects
from an AFM wouldn't be too hard, a la Miller,
but if one used simple, open- source parts,
it wouldn't cost much and would also be a neat thing to sell in one's retirement.
