    Good Exhausts for DD?

Looking into getting a new exhaust since the one I had is rusted the f out as you can see below...
Since its gonna be daily driven i'd like it to have a nice low but still cool noticeable sound.
I really like Borla but idk some seem a bit too much.. even tho the quality of them seems great.
Any recommendations would be appreciated thanks guys. :) (btw its got an auto tranny at the moment, if that matters for/with the type of exhaust)

    Got rust ?

Magnaflow 16535 hands down. Sounds like exactly what you're hunting for.

Sounds & looks really nice! but i'm not a fan of it being 2 into 1 :-?
Something similar like that tho. I like dual in and out.

The diameter of the pipe is such that it has no adverse side effects. Cut open your stock muffler and see how cool it is to have dual in dual out ;)

The only other affordable option IMO is the eBay (which sucks, I had one) or Scorpion, unless you're willing to drop almost a g on a catback.

LOL. Funny guy.. But damn I just checked out Scorpion and that thing looks amazing! Not down to spend 1k on a catback tho
Do you think the transmission would matter with the type of exhaust ? I'm looking at some and they all mention manual..

No the transmission makes no difference when choosing a catback. Don't worry about that.

I am considering replacing my Hartge rear section (love the sound, don't care for the tip), and this one keeps looking like the best option. Is there anything decent and mild steel out there? In SoCal I'm not sure I need stainless. The Dynomax catback I had on my last car was $150, mild steel and awesome, even lasted a couple Ohio winters no problem.

Right now for me it is between the 16535 and having my buddy fab me something up with a universal muffler and a simple turndown.

I ran this ebay exhaust for 2 years. It sounds somewhat throatier than stock, but still quiet enough that you can talk on the highway and live your life. Only issue was that one of the flanges was welded on at an angle and needed to be smacked with a hammer before installation. A new exhaust hanger/seal kit is a must too. It's still in great shape, but the M20 is gone.

Yooo that one seems like a chill exhaust. But are those tips slanted downwards or upwards? And what kind of smack did you give it, like a "dent it" with the hammer or just give it a "nug into place" kind of smack ? lol And would the stock hangers be good ? I'm leaning more towards this one since i'll only have it while I have an auto tranny for now

I put that one on the iX after the stock muffler developed enough holes. I have no real complaints. My only real complaint is with the split in the pipes to make shipping cheaper. That makes it a lot more annoying to install.

I decided which exhaust to get but now I need to get the brackets and the supports that it needs.
Anyone know the part numbers to them ?? I'm still trying to figure if it would even fit..
