    That's no big deal. Keep the stock aux fan, but remove the resistor so that it always runs on high. Then take the M20 fan, mount it on the back of the fan clutch, and trim off about 10mm from the back of each blade. I will admit that this setup is not completely tested, but so far so good, even in nasty traffic jams at 90 degrees.

    Ultimately, I've wasted a LOT of money on cooling equipment that people said would work only to find that it a) didn't fit, or b) didn't work nearly as well as the stock stuff.

        I recently managed to fit my 24"x12"x3" intercooler behind the valance while keeping working air conditioning. See my build thread for details. Lots of cutting required, and it's impossible to keep a condenser fan with an intercooler this large. My AC works fine with the powerful 2 speed electric fan I'm using pulling air through the condenser, it is wired to run on low speed whenever the AC is on and switch to high speed when triggered by the radiator temperature switch. Now the question is where the hell will I put my oil cooler when I do the M20 swap.
