Where did you get your injectors?

i went to a junk yard and found red 30lb injectors in turbo charged Volvo's,

orange injectors in 850 turbos are 30#, or 315. the white and blue ones in X/V/C70 turbos are pretty much the same, but one of them (the 99-00 years) are run at a higher pressure and flow more, but at the normal pressure they are ~30#

Get siemens from DMS. Best bang for the buck. Could not find 80lb injectors anywhere within the same ball park.

Also a modern siemens injector is lightyears better then 20 year old junkyard volvo injectors. When you need large injectors for a turbo, response time matters.

A couple errors on your build.

1) Victor Reinz headgaskets are garbage. Expect to replace it very soon.

They've worked fine for me @ over 20 psi on a 62mm.

5) You need a rising rate FPR for boosted cars. You can usually find a Begi unit used for pretty cheap.

You don't need a RRFPR if your chip is tuned for the injectors or you're going with different management.

Actually if you're still using a RRFPR in 2012 you're doing it wrong :p

I have some orange XC90 injectors that I got from a Volvo. Figure if they are good enough for a T6, they should be be good enough for a m10. This is after Megasquirt of course

For you - I'd hit the junkyard. Me? I got them on ebay from a bimmerforums member, but they're five-0 motorsports injectors. Bruce hooked me up with spacers and I highly recommend them.
