I will have to change that! I know our e34 stuff sometimes uses increased fuel pressure so whoever wrote that description was probably on a typing rampage!

Miller WAR chip e/i "stroker" w/HX35 issues

Having some issues dialing in my idle and PT maps. I'm running an i head on a SETA bottom end, Holset HX35 internally gated turbo, 3.5" MAF, 30lb injectors. I started with the Miller MS1 turbo tune as a baseline, as it is closest to my setup. I have a BMP Designs adjustable FPR set to 70lbs @ atmosphere. I'm running a Bosch 710N diverter from right before the intercooler back into the intake between the MAF and turbo inlet. System tested for vacuum leaks, read ~19inHg on my gauge at idle.

On initial startup my AFR is around 12-13 but comes up to 14.5-15 within about 10 seconds of startup. Idle is smooth. The car stumbles under full throttle and AFR's drop to the 13-12 range. When I come off the throttle the AFR jumps to 19 and the car stumbles badly.

When cruising in 2nd gear around 2-2.5k RPM the AFR hangs around 14-14.5, but will sometimes surge to 17-18 and the car stumbles wildly. I can't seem to dial in a tune good enough to get me to a dyno.

Could my TPS be causing this stumble?

I should also mention that I am using Magnecor plug wires, and have the pulse indicator zip tied to the #6 plug wire (common in the VW scene). When I unplug the pulse indicator, performance is the same.

    Any thoughts?
