each set only has 5 injectors but both sets are 30lbs, both sets came out of volvo 850 turbo's which are very common in my area, but it sucks cuz there all 5 cylinder engines im gonna use all the red ones and 1 of the orange, thank god they all have the same rating, lol...also i have a extra fuel rail and a extra intake, so once the fpr come in this week i will have the intake sand blasted, pained, add the in injectors and the fpr to the fuel rail, install on the intake and install on car all at once, should be pretty simple, o and here is the link to the fpr i bought

well this is adjustable so i should be able to adjust it to be stoich at ide and when i start boosting it should be opening up, thats what i read, i can be wrong, someone correct me if this sounds wrong?
but here is wat i found.

for the pump i dont know but i do know those injectors will cause you an issue. running 5 low and 1 high will either burn out the injector or the ecu. and since your running a stock ecu i would go with low since thats what came stock and just find one more. Im running a walboro not a bosch so i cant give you that value sorry.

After reading that thread you posted I think that adjustable FPR you got is supposed to work in conjunction with an ems like megasquirt just to bring the fuel preasures up when that bit more is needed. They won't raise the fuel preasure when under boost for that you'll need an fmu. IIRC someone I know on my local forum was using 12:1 fmu. But his car was a budget beater that's only goal was to run 13 seconds down the 1/4 mile for $1300. He didn't car all much about have a reliable car to drive on the strees. Only to pull a quick 13 second pass.
Yours isn't one of those I'm sure. You don't wanna be popping head gaskets leaving you stranded when out on a cruise.
Build it to be reliable get yourself a standalone like Vems or Megasquirt or if that's too hard a Miller W.A.R m20 turbo tuning package will give you everything you need for safe reliable boosting. Then get yourself some better injectors not some mixed and matched ones.
We're not trying to be assholes many of us have all done it and we're just trying to guide you in the right direction.

To maximize the effiency of that rrfpr you will need a http://www.diyautotune.com/catalog/i...844-p-467.html
inorder to monitor your afr's run to lean pop goes the motor run to rich fowl plugs and loose power. you want a afr around 12.4 under boost and wot
