Here's the run down (keep in mind.. this is all on an m20): I used the AFM wheel to get my idle to stoich with the bigger injectors (14.7 on wideband). I guess you're not supposed to tune like this though. You're supposed to tune for the lowest vac value, not AFR's. The RRFPR goes in-line with the fuel return. Adjust fuel pressure at idle to ~47psi (somewhere around there). I have a turbo chip, nothing fancy. It came from eBay I bet. It says bosch turbo on it. I got a manual boost controller from some company, I forgot the name. It's pretty cool, it works

With out a tune your basically leaving the fate of your engine up to the effectiveness of the factory knock sensor. A war chip will allow you to pull a few degrees of timing yourself and make adjustments for the larger injectors. You can probably find some general m50 base maps on e30tech.
