Where in ny? I'm running similar setup with 50lb injectors and ebay manifold. Wasted spark but could easily change the tune back to non wasted spark and send it to ya.

Id be interest in a similar tune also, ill be running the same setup in the spring. adapers, 42lb, hx35, and no wasted spark.

That makes basically no difference except dwell and spark output settings

I am running the stock coil right now at about 16lbs on MS2 and e85 with 60lb injectors. I am planning towards 18-20 lbs of boost in the near future if can close the plug gap enough for the stock coil to spark strong enough without blow out.
I started out with a base tune that is VERY safe and comprehensive created by the dudes at DIYAutotune. After my fuel got squarred away then i started adding timing carefully.

Check it out and let me know if you have any questions. Ultimately if you have issues i can send you my current tune and adjust your REQ_FUEL down roughly 30% to accomodate 91 gas.

Ya I was planning on using that DIYAutotune as a base tune. Should be good to get it started and broke in, until I can find an awd dyno haha.
