so ~210 block hp at 7psi? Seems about right. +40hp is a good chunk.
Curious about the max boost 13psi + intercooled number + headers would be. I was hoping to see near 300 crank hp with the eaton maxing out at that pressure ratio but I might end up needing a cammy cam to get there.
The real question is how does it sound. I want to make sure the whole bypass setup thing doesnt make it scream like a piglet.

Keep at it. I'm sure you can get those numbers up some. I think you guys are the first to get a supercharged m20 on a dyno. Cool.Originally posted by Andy.BWhenever I am about to make a particularly questionable decision regarding a worryingly cheap diy solution, I just ask myself, "What would Ether-D do?"

Hey, currently working on tweaking the tensioner bracket a bit and then headed back to the dyno to run the car again making more boost. Like we have said before, we are interested in keeping this kit affordable so we are not at this time looking to have to get a crank pulley machined so that AS or PS are available. That being said though, nothing is set in stone and we may decide that including a crank pulley with the kit will allow for easier upgradeability as far as a "stage two" pulley kit is concerned. Unfortunately the Crank pulley will chuck on a significant amount to the price of the kit...sigpic

I had a crank pulley made for a little over $200.
I guess the difference would be that the charger moves forward or backwards maybe an inch? 1.5"? And you lose the stock mech fan.
A skinny electric fan+ custom pulley + spacer kit for an extra $500 for the kids that want to keep stock a/c ps etc? You could always add it in after you get it going without afterwords?
