    Pre-throttle body vacuum sources, accurate?

I'm working on routing vacuum sources to my BOV, boost controller, and gauge. I have a 3/16" nipple on the boost tube leading up to the throttle body that I can use, but I'm wondering if it's accurate enough? In theory, it would never see vacuum AFAIK.

So that may be OK for the gauge (if I'm not concerned about reading vacuum), but what about the BOV or controller?

Maybe I'd be OK with the boost controller since it only measures boost?

I'm looking for someone with a bit more turbo knowledge/experience to chime in before I run out and but all the barbed fittings I need. Thanks r3v!

You want the BOV to see vacuum when you close the throttle, so it must be sourced post-throttle body. A pre-TB source is ok for your boost controller though.
