Are your plugs in the stock heat range?

Make sure your ignition settings are set correctly for your coil pack setup. Dwell times.

What megasquirt are you running? How many ignition drivers do you have?

I can’t tell if you have 3 or 6. Are you sure you can’t run Coil on Plug ignition instead of wasted spark?

That should save you a lot of heat. Either way you should look up the proper dwell settings for the GM coils you are running to make sure you’re not running them too hot

Okay so you’re running wasted Coil On Plug?

Again, make sure you have the correct spark duration and dwell settings

melting spark plugs? take a picture.

Those are just GM replacement coil packs.
did you mod the gm base or use the msd one?

post n tune and log pls.

look at this maybe u can find on error from brads old write up.

also, what plugs do you have pls say they are colder.
