So i just picked up another m10 for rebuild at the local pick and pull yard. Will be taking it down and giving it a basic rebuild, rings, bearings, gaskets and all that good stuff. My question is, what are yhe factory torque specs, and tolerances that i need to know?

Pull the head and check the block for cracks (center head bolt, exhaust side) - Then get a Bentley for all of your specs.

bore it out (its 30 yrs old) and get new pistons, they come with new rings. and a mild cam even. do the entire head, new springs rocker arms, retainers and recomend rocker locks over the stock holding springs if your gonna see any RPM beyond a daily driver
