What parts to replace while replacing rocker arms?

So I have a M20B25, broke a rocker arm, and am getting it repaired by a mechanic since I am not super mechanically inclined. He said I can order all the parts since it would be cheaper for me to do so.

Since he has to take the head off, what other parts do you guys recommend that I get? So far I have 12 rocker arms, timing belt kit with waterpump, and headgasket kit as well as the head bolts. Any other parts I should get replaced while the head is out? Thanks.

Yes, you want to replace the four plugs that go on the cylinder head. Two on each end. You also want to replace the front camshaft seal. There may be more but those are two good cheap and important suggestions.

I guess the valve seals and all seals around the head.
