    M20 crank damper wheel diameter

Does anyone have the exact damper wheel dimeter (surface where TDC mark is)? I want to mark it up for 15-20 degree marks to set the base timing with the light but its bolted to the engine and it's not easy to get the exact measurement with its bolted and the engine bay.

    Thank you

Repeating the fact that trigger wheel has 60(-2) teeth distributed evenly on 360 degrees. It's fairly easy to make for example 12 degree advance mark on the pulley with white paint pen.

I always check my base timing (trigger offset) with this method when using aftermarket engine management.

yes. Or 2πr/360 for an exact degree. Or 1.64mm for each degree on the surface of the wheel where TDC mark is
