Help Identifying Hole in Engine Cylinder Head

Hi all, I was adjusting the valves and noticed a rather large hole in the cylinder head. First off, I'm unsure if the hole is supposed to be there. But if it isn't, then it seems that parts of the hole has cracked. You can see in the photo that the hole is not rounded and has jagged edges. For context, the car is not leaking oil more than usual. Do I need to replace the cylinder head or can this be repaired? I appreciate the help!

Here's a video of the cylinder head: https://youtu.be/6n4RBEuGNng

That's the oil drain/ crankcase ventilation port that goes to the tube known to some as the "bitch tube" due to how much of a pain installing it is. It looks a little crappier than what I've seen on my head but it is supposed to be there.

I don't know why these pics are so small but you can see it here.
