Good news guys, I have fuel. Got aftermarket cps from fcp. Now the car starts, and starts redlining until i turn it off. Might be because the PO deleted the icv but not exactly sure. Gotta figure out why that’s happening but it’s progress. Thank you all for your help!

is the icv hose/port on the throttle body blocker off/capped when you are starting it? If it is, it shouldn't rev too high unless there is another huge vacuum leak somewhere after the throttle body or if your throttle body butterfly is too open.Good news guys, I have fuel. Yupp it’s capped off, I unplugged the tps and it seemed to be a lot better, I think the tps was sending a wot signal for some reason. My gas pedal also seems to be getting stuck, the mount seems broken and missing a bushing, so that’s the next thing I gotta look at.Comment

Lmaoo good point. I’m sorry this is my first real project so I’m a little slow. Gonna cap off all the removed vacuum lines today. It seems to idle around 2000rpm now after removing the tps. I appreciate the pointersComment
