ok I undersand what you people are saying, I don't know how or what the guy did to fit it in, I was just asking if it was a pain to put it in or you could do it just like a bolt it in thing. I also will like to know what are some "cheap" things to give power to the m20b25, I am low on budget I will be able to spend like $500 on it for now and my friend is a mechanic so I don't need to pay for help.

What I have done so far:
    1.K&N drop in filter
2.Custom made exhaust (2.5" all the way back with high flow cat)
3.Grounding wires kit (a friend from BMW dealer ship told me reference points on where to put the wires)

regardless of it fitting, the eta head is a pile of shit for making power. It's good for fuel economy and that's about it. It would be a downgrade, you already have the best M20 head.

for what I know the only thing that it will help it is making the compression higher.

higher compression isn't going to make up for a 5 bearing cam that peaks at 4000rpm, single valve springs, tiny port openings, smaller valves and a bathtub style combustion chamber.

ok you might be right, so I keep my motor the way it is, but is there anything else cheap I can do to get more power?

Other than making sure that the engine is running like it is supposed to and a free flow exhaust, there are no cheap power upgrades for an M20B25. The engine tune is really good from the factory.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

yeah put togather some money and turbo the crap out of it

or buy yourself a stroker kit from bmw2002.com you'll spend about 2000 but the torque is certifiably insane

You can do a B27 head on a B25 block, but you have to run diesel in it because of the high compression ratio. I've seen it done.

Yeah it's not too bad. You have to use a bigger fuel pump too. I'd go with a Walbro255

to tell you the truth I think it will be the best choice to get a lot of power of it, the good part is that it is very strong motor and also is low compression. I was thinking change cam(what I really want is lots of torque) or timing.

How much power can you get of this motor boosted on stock internals without running the risk of blowing it up fast??

                          ~250whp as a reliable daily.

                            you suck at reading.

the B27 head will not fit on a stock B25 bottom end. The pistons will smash into the head. End of story.

that will be some good power, I also use the car for road race and with the power I have now everyone passes me!! I read about a guy that boosted his m20b25 and he got 330WHP!! on stock internals but that sounds too crazy. I would be happy with 250WHP
