The chip you are talking about is the Miller Performance W.A.R. Chip. It's $350 and I doubt you can get a better price than that.

A 255 fuel pump will do nothing for you with stock injectors.

I'm getting the idea you're just trying to get a rise out of the folks here by acting like an idiot.
For your info I just started here asking a question and people started writing BS like you.

I have better injectors, and the chip my friend can get it used for $150. and if you are here to write shit go ahead shoot your self and get ignored nasty

defensive much? it was constructive criticism. did you think maybe tires would be a better investment than some engine mods then? RT-615 aren't exactly a great track tire by today's standards. You don't have to educate me about tires, either. I had a set of those like 5 years ago ;)

and yeah, it's going to run worse, because you don't have a clue how those parts are going to work together in your motor. why do you want bigger injectors? do you know how that's going to affect the air fuel ratio? what supporting mods are going to go with that cam? how aggressive should you going to go with the profile? are you going to do something about the valve springs or use old stock ones? what about rockers? etc. etc.

These are the questions you should be asking. instead you are asking if you can bolt on a head from the economy version of the M20 to make more power. It shows that you need to do a whole lot of learning before running your mouth about magic engine upgrades.

          This.

Research research research. That's what I did. Find some local E30 enthusiasts and spend time with them talking motors. Read project threads. Do a lot of reading, come up with some feasible plans, then, and only then ask questions.

Dude you need to chill out. First thing you gotta learn is that the cheapest thing you can do for more power is a tuned chip and lsd (lsd isnt for more power just faster acceleration) and after that its nothing under 500 bucks thats gunna do much more for you. Its a built stroker motor or turbo if you wanna hit higher than 200hp on an M20. Cheap and power never go hand in hand unless your getting your parts for free. Dont be a dick on here, your question was answered and you got flamed for arguing with guys that have way more knowledge about E30's and M20 than you do. Just take there advice and go with what you can afford. And #1 performance upgrade on a 20 year + car = Maintain and Tune Up (Valve adjustment, O2 Sensor, Ignition) After that its big bucks for more power.

A valve adjustment should smooth out your idle issue.

the valves and springs have been replaced when I rebuild the motor, everything on the motor was replaced. I know the rt615 are not the best but for some reason I don't like to drive with slicks, I don't go to track to be competitive as fuck, I go to have fun with my friends, I also do not take my car to the limit I have nothing to win I am not in time trials, and I know what you meant about the questions I have to be making my self and I do but I am going to give it a try I have another motor to be riding with so if it doesn't work I'll go ahead and put whatever I can use and the rest sell it or put it on another motor. What I just hope is that it doesn't blow up or anything like that

if you're not being competitive and not driving to the limit, then why do you want more power? also you don't neccesarily have to go with slicks. There are a lot of very agressive street tires and even full tread r-comps to choose from.

I know but for prize and life of tire I prefer the falkens, and I want more power because I like power, I like to be able to get on the gas and go somewhere!! lol
