Need some help on 885 head

So I'm picking up a 87 325es tomorrow... and I have already head how these can be a bit sluggish. So now I'm wanting to research putting an 885 head on my "e" block. (If I'm wrong on anything please correct me, I'm still learning)

So this is the list of what I'll need from a 325i

    dme
    harness
    injectors
    fuel pressure regulator
    head
    afm
    throttle body
    radiator
    *intake manifold
    *airbox
    (Thanks Kershaw)
*Toothed harmonic balancer, CPS, & bracket (Thanks jlevie)

Also do I have do to any modifications to the eta block? I'm really hoping this is something I can just bolt right up. Any info or opinions will be greatly appeciated.

Toothed harmonic balancer, CPS, & bracket.

You won't need a different radiator.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

Well I was told that it was recommended... not needed.

It sounds like I need everything but the block off a 2.5 lol

an 885 head swap without the associated electronics is going to be pretty pointless.
