Im not getting a response from the stomp test indicating the tps; is the TPS serviceable or do I need to just replace it?

I pulled 2 throttle bodies recently, replaced the TB heater gasket, etc and drilled the hole & cleaned the TPS with electric contact cleaner. It seemed to help plus I found out one was dead on WOT. Its $3 in gaskets and maybe half an hourSeat Shocks....I have passed the baton to John Christy from Ninestitch. Email John or Garrett at ninestitch1@gmail.com

Yes the TPS will cause hard starting, idle issues, no stomp test, and a variety of other problems.
Replacement is usually not necessary unless you verify it is adjusted correctly first. Check with the Bentley repair manual on how to adjust and test.Owner - Bavarian Restoration

The TPS is correctly adjusted if the idle switch closes when the throttle arm is 1mm off the stop screw. You can't just by the click and need to use a meter or test light to tell when the idle switch closes. The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
