    M20 Head Cleaning??

Im about to dip the head in some M.E.K. From home depot. Is this a good idea or will it damage my valve stem seals?

I wouldn't dip your head in anything. Bring it to a professional to be leak tested, rebuilt, and machined flat.

plus valve stem seals are under $1@ so replace them whenever you have the head apart

And if the head has 100k on it, it will benefit from a valve grind. If it has closer to 200k it probably needs new valve guides and may need a new cam.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

^its when you grind on a chick at a club........ but really they cut the sealing surface on the valve that mates to the valve seat.

It's where you take it to a machinist and they refresh it for you...

maybe franken's machinist is a woman...
