    timing belt question

    planning to do a complete timing belt tune up and was wondering what all parts do i need? as in everything..all i know is timing belt and water pump..is there any other things? thanks in advance

        The tensioner spring is a must (and its ponly $1) and it makes sense to replace the belts and hoses since they are out anyway. For good measure Id do the cam seal and o-ring as a minimum

            Chances are that numbers 14 and 15 in this diagram will be brittle and crack when you are trying to remove them. Easier to have new ones ready incase they do crack rather than try to put them on after you've put on the radiator, fan shroud, fan etc back on.

                  As a general rule don't buy ANY parts for your car from AutoZone.
