Weird, sounds like no fuel injection is happening. Could be a dead ECU, maybe it died from an ESD event (uncommon but possible).

Is there any way that the crank position sensor is not connected? The engine won't do jack if that signal isn't present.

The only thing i removed are the ecu, valve cover, inject harness + c191 plug, fuel rail and injectors. Car runs perfectly and sit for 7 hrs before the swap.

My thought also could be my ecu is dead. But I have to swap back to stock injectors and see how it goes.

The two connectors on the injector rail, did you get them switched up by any chance? My car wouldn't start, would crank for days but no injectors. I had gotten those two connectors that go from the rail to the T-stat mixed up. Flipped them back and started right up.

You know that doesnt mean it works and the symptoms sound a lot like when I had a bad main. If you can swap in a know good one it would eliminate one possible cause.

                        Update:

I read somewhere that they could be stuck closed.

Today i pulled out the m50 injectors and clean them with carb cleaner. After an hour i put it back with no luck. I did the tapping and 9v battery tricks too but no start.

I swapped back to stock injectors and engine fire in an instant. So I conclude the m50 injectors is really stuck closed and I'm needing a new set of m50 injectors so that my markd chip won't go waste.

Thanks a lot guys for your inputs. I really appreciate them.

                        Regards,

                        Harold

Sucks that your injectors were fucked. Keep us updated when you get new ones. Are the ones you purchased warranted?

Really sucks and no warranty but anyway bad things happened. It's kinda my fault though, the injectors stayed in stock room for 3 months and we have a high humidity here in the Philippines. The body of the injectors has some rust so I guess the internal has too.

Will keep updated this post once I get a new set. Though maksinjection.com has no stock at the moment so I have to wait.

They need to be lubed for long storage. I've had them stock before (Florida, also high humidity) and freed them up by zapping them with 20 volts.

                                Update:

I received new set of injectors yesterday and put them in today. Car started right away but unfortunately I heard a knocking sound. The engine misfire and car shake on 3000 RPM.

Could the problem be cause by one or more injectors not firing?
