    no its rwhp, shootout is nothing to with estimating crank hp. shootout locks out the operator from adding scale factors and fixes correction factors for drivetrain inertia, ramp rate etc so the only correction comes from temp, atmos pressurel, RH

    DD does have a mode where it adds 20% to give crank hp but its basically just a fixed BS fudge factor, this is identified with "S_Hp" on the top of the axis or whatever units are used instead of plain old "Hp" which means its at the wheels. sometimes it even actually says flywheel power when it is fydging the numbers by the 20% factor. this fudge factor mode is used almost always for our European friends
