Seta bottom end I top end P to V clearence.

How much clearence is there when you combine a 2.5 top end on a seta bottom end with a stock camshaft?
Is there any modification needed to do so?

.080" was what I always used as a minimum, with .120" being comfortable.

That was static, using clay as the measurement medium.

you need to measure it, there will be variability in deck height, head thickness, cam timing etc

The i head is a direct fit to the Super Eta bottom end. There is no need to worry about clearance.
