My car has been idling pretty rough lately. The ICV is ticking as it should but hen I unplug it the car stops going up and down and smoothens out. Is it not working properly? Anyone has come across that issue?

I had something similar, cleaned it out with maf cleaner and some q tips and now it idles much better. It's easy so it's worth a try if you haven't already. -
Check the ICV using the method described in the Bentley manual. Also check your TPS to make sure its adjusted correctly or your ICV will never work right.Owner - Bavarian Restoration
