So I have no spark and the fuel pump doesn't turn on. I am going to try switching chips in the ECU as well as the CPS. The new CPS I ordered has an ohms reading of 1000 so I think that's wrong, I am going to put a used one on that gave me a reading of 500

Bridged pin 30 and 87 on fuel pump relay, car fires right up. I have tried 3 different relays for the fuel pump and nothing ha worked only when I bridge them.

There is no 85 on the fuel pump relay.
30 - hot at all times
87 - this actually goes to the pump
both 86 - hot during running or starting (cranking it over)
                      We're in deep now boys

85 goes to pin 3 of the ecu, fuel pump control.

If the DME doesn't see a good signal from the CPS, it won't ground the fuel pump relay circuit. It's a Bosch safety feature that's caused us all grief.

Clean the CPS head, be sure it's as close as possible to the trigger wheel, and triple-check the resistance. Should be 540 ohms +/- 10% between pins 1 & 2. The other pairs (1&3, 2&3) should have very high resistance, like 300Kohm or more.

Not that it matters, but you have the cam sensor on #6 plug wire too, right? Did you try to get some codes off the DME with a stomp test? Any water in that big harness plug under the intake manifold?
