so the 027 are completely plug and play?
all those people of swapping in the m20 electronics are doing so b.c they could not get an "027" m30 afm?
also, with the 027, will we get any of those 1222 engine codes and problems associated with the AFM swap?
thanks a lot.
this is what we want?

the 027 gives the same output voltage as the M20 one i.e ~4.9-4.95V when flap is fully open and around 0.3-0.4 when fully closed. This leads me to believe that the voltage vs flap angle is the same. The difference is that at the same flap opening/angle the M30 would be flowing more air (it is bigger opening and the spring tension may be different) so the critical voltage vs airflow is different so while it is plug and play the tuning will be off (lean). So the use of 19lbs is though to compensate for this but i who knows whether it is too much or too little it may vary depending whether the AFM spring has been molested. If you have a method to adjust the fuel pressure or a pigggback etc it should allow you to achieve reasonable results and no adjsuting things so it doesn't smell like fuel anymore is not a good method to detect that the AFR is ok.89 E30 325is Lachs Silber - currently M20B31, M20B33 in the works, stroked to the hilt...
