Anyone else have problems with the Nuke adjustable cam pulley hitting the two screws on the cam seal housing? I ended up scraping some material off the back of the pulley at the bosses for the threaded holes.

Yeah you gotta countersink the cam seal retainer plate and add some countersink screws89 E30 325is Lachs Silber - currently M20B31, M20B33 in the works, stroked to the hilt...

Thanks, Digger. I ended up chamfering off the pulley. Pretty annoying on a component that is marketed for this specific application.
The diameter fit between the outer and inner parts is looser than I expected. Did you do anything special to keep the outer section true to the inner?Comment

I don't remember there being any significant play
Another thing to check is that the cam has a big enough chamfer to clear the pulley hub internal radiusLast edited by digger; 11-15-2016, 06:33 PM.89 E30 325is Lachs Silber - currently M20B31, M20B33 in the works, stroked to the hilt...
