This is correct, it will clear.

To reiterate what has been said before, if you are using the Garagistic mounts then the IE Headers fit.

I've got bad news... Stahl headers will not fit with an auto transmission... Don't make fun, I want a cruiser with a little power when I need it... Needless to say, I'm going to sell them with the knockoff treehouse control arm bushings/ mounts... If anyone is interested please PM me so we don't jack this thread...

Thats correct. IE headers clear our m30 b35 mounts.

              In car pics?

              I've seen that shot alot.

Do you have any images of the motor in the car?

Can you use the stock control arm lollipops or do you need to use the treehouse racing design?

              Thanks.

Bump, want to install my headers from the Groupbuy but want to be prepared before I drop it off at the exhaust shop.

Upon initial install of IE headers + garagistic mounts it would bang on the top of the motor mount bolt so i cut the bolt down but then it was rubbing on the bolt and nut. So I just put a little dimple in the pipe and it clears now.

Also, in my case, the rear header did not clear the firewall even after some hammering. So i had it cut and angled downward to dodge the firewall.

Despite these little minor adjustments I'm very happy with the IE headers. Super sexy, great sound, great welds. Very good workmanship.

Good to see another M30 with headers. The Bavauto ones would seem to fit more easily though.

Sounds awesome, wouldn't mind some pics! Not having any fit issues with ours right now. Looking forward to driving it around.
