hey whats your opinion of the motor mount adaptor that you bought from 300mm.de

wouldnt they unevenly distribute the weight on the mount. mainly to the front of it. i remember andy at AKG just cut out e34 mounts and welded them straight to the chassis of the e30 because mounts on the m62 was so far forward.

Here's picture of my left side motor mount on place:

Sure it's bit forward-heavy, but i doubt it'll give any trouble.

thanks for the pic. doesnt look bad.

on the e34 540i there is a metal guide for the rod/arm that goes to the booster welded from the fire wall to the chassis. is that piece needed to get the boosted to work or do you just make your own.

I modified E34 V8 brake setup and made some parts on my own like this:

Engine bay is painted, still missing brake discs, exhaust and some small things. Should be driveable in couple of weeks if i've time to build it. Damn school :D

                          Old start-up video without exhaust.
Let's try if forum-software understands this..

Do either of you have the mounts/spacers from the posted 300mm link? Loved the m60 in my 540i, did not love the 3700 lbs of e34 that it carried. m62's are dirt cheap, unfortunately the 6 speed trannies are not.
