Will this or this have the gaskets that I need? I see oil pan, head gasket, exhaust gaskets, and some small unidentified stuff in the packages. Any recommendations of Victor Reinz vs. Elring Klinger?

Also, more details on "rail stuff"?

What are good compression numbers for an M30 with north of 220K miles? The one I'm looking at has ~140 all around.

Also, if the head is taken off, is there anything I can replace cheaply and easily along with the head gasket? (May as well get a complete gasket kit and go through it.)
