I picked mine off of a forum member, however. They are 45mm TB's, and are plug and play. All you have to do is modify the fuel rail, re-route the coolant and vacuum hoses, and swap in their computer chip.

However, I did not want to spend the money for that, back then, meaning I cleaned it by hand with the following way.
I used Ako Pads combined with alot of water at first.
For example:
Use gloves for your hands, otherwise your skin will be fucked in the end of the day.
Then rub those Pads over the surface with pressure, it will take a free day to get it that clean, atleast it took some hours for me.
Later I used sandpaper and finally alot of water to clean it all up.
Because after you used some Ako Pads, your engine will look like a grey swamp. :-D
It is really hard work and it will look clean, but not like new.
I also used the Ako pads on the car itself in the engine bay, it was yellowish as you can see, so I did rub it all over the metal and it became silver shiny again. :-)

Just use those Ako Pads (combined with water!!, not dry), they work perfect to get all the yellowish stuff of.
You just need some, but there are always a few in a package.
They dont destroy the surface or anything, they work good.Last edited by M3Philipp; 02-27-2012, 09:36 AM.
